WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This notice describes how this website handles information when you browse it or prepare an appointment request. The clinic should review it whenever its tools or practices change.
Information you enter
If you use the appointment request form, your name, WhatsApp number, selected care topic, preferred day or time and optional short note are used in your browser to prepare an appointment message. The website does not store the form. Selecting the booking action opens WhatsApp with that message addressed to the clinic's listed number; WhatsApp and the recipient may then process it under their own terms and privacy practices. You review and send the message yourself.
Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, photographs, or other sensitive health details in this website’s appointment request.
Information collected by the website
This static website is not configured with analytics, advertising pixels, user accounts or a website contact database. The hosting provider may record technical request data, such as IP address, browser and access time, under its own policies. This notice should be reviewed if the website adds analytics, stored forms, chat, cookies or other third-party services.
External services and links
Photographs load from Unsplash, typefaces load from Google Fonts, and the location section embeds Google Maps. These providers may receive technical data from your device when the page loads. Selecting the appointment action can open WhatsApp with the appointment message you entered. Their own privacy notices apply when you use their services.
Purpose and choice
The prepared message is for you to decide whether to share as an appointment enquiry. The clinic does not receive anything unless you choose a recipient and send it yourself. Do not use this website for urgent or emergency care. You may choose not to use the form and contact or visit the clinic using independently verified details.
Retention, access and corrections
The website does not retain the appointment request. If you send the draft through WhatsApp, ask the clinic directly about its handling, retention or correction of that conversation. The clinic should publish a monitored privacy contact and its retention practices before launch.
Children
A parent or legal guardian should make appointment requests for a child. Do not provide a child’s personal or health information through the website form.
Updates
This notice may be revised when the website or clinic’s data practices change. The date above should be updated whenever a material revision is made.
